Firefly Post-Access Sign-in Loop w/ Preview Video & Redirects

Hi I can't access Firefly.  Just keeps having me log in again and again.  Already signed in so sign-in page redirects back.  Preview Video shows up instead of Prompt every time.  Tried on multiple browsers and devices, with Creative Cloud open and updated.  Checked account status and nothing.  Seems other people are having this problem but no deatils.  Any fix so far?  Firefly became my Go-To-De-Stress and now I feel lost in a sea of disp-- no I'm fine, but please fix this issue, thanks!
