Firefly Pro - After subscription, it is still not activated and shows an upgrade message.

Hello @Srinivas5CE8,

We cannot see your account here as this is a community support forum. 

 

Make sure you are logged into the account that you purchased Firefly Pro subscription on. Then, can you please reply with the following information:
• Please click on your avatar and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.
• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
