Firefly repeating the same image and/or completely over-saturating it yet still using credits

I have had several instances (and have reported many of them) where I request an image and I get a super-saturated version of the image being used as a reference image. I also see it give me the same image over and over again even when I change the prompt. While this didn't bother me so much when I thought I had unlimited credits being a full paying creative cloud user - I was just told I am out of my credits and have to wait until Feb 2 for more. 

When I first started using it I wondered how you were going to manage credits when it only gets it right about 50% of the time. I have learned to be more and more specific about requests but there is nothing I can do to control the repeat images or the over-saturation issue.
