Saving to the library is no longer possible as of today, November 7th, 2023:

 

I have a Firefly paid Abo, 1.6 GB space from 100 GB.

When I generate a text-to-image image with Firefly, the I can download it, I can save it as favorite, but when I click to save it to library, then nothing happens and the image doesn't appear in library.

This happens with Android 13, Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ as well as Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra phone, both devices tried with 2 browsers Firefox and Google Chrome.

I logged out and logged in into my Adobe account, restarted the devices - nothing helped.

Yesterday and all the days before I could save generated images into my libraries, as of today no longer.

 

What can I do please?

Can you please show us a screen shot of the error?  If you log out and log back in, does the error still happen?

Happening right now. When in Firefly, images cant be "saved to library" ... aslo to note there have been some major signing in issues to my account at Adobe's end - you know the ususal stuff around to appease the extremely paranoid legal department at Adobe

@BeeCeeCreations If this happens again, try downloading or saving to favorites. Let me know in this post as well. I'm tracking this on my end. Thank you for being so responsive and answering all my questions. 🙂

AS of today, Nov 10, it is working again. I haven't changed anything. Don't know what it was, but now generated images are saved again in library, a bit slow until the green popup appears that it has successfully been saved, but okay ... it works. Thanks

@BeeCeeCreations Is it still an issue as of today? If so, can you try a different browser or device? I haven't seen any other reports yet, so I want to help rule out any issues.

Of course, I always use the latest version of each browser, of course my device has the latest Android and firmware updates.

No, there are no error messages.  If you click on "save to library", normally the small green field appeared indicating that the image will be saved in the library.  However since yesterday, this field does not appear.  It only appears by saving the image as a favorite.

@BeeCeeCreations Are you using the latest version of each browser? Are you seeing any error message?
