Firefly says I need generative credits. My CC account says I have 992/1000 Generative AI credits.

Hello. My Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB Account indicates I have 992/1000 Generative AI Credits left before it resets on May 13, 2025. Firefly says I have insufficient credits. Help, please.

What were you creating when you received that message? Can you please include a screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error showing?
