Firefly - still no access despite email
Hello,
I got the email on April 14th, "Dear Customer, You're in".
In fact, I was able to log in with the correct access data (email + password), but still had no access to Adobe Firefly because the "Request access" button is still visible.
I then found the special form in the forum for people who still have access problems. I would have expected that apart from the email confirmation on this form, someone would take care of it within 2 days. That doesn't seem to be the case. In the forum I see that the number of people who have exactly this problem is constantly increasing, but I have not yet received any feedback that anyone has been helped.
I'm pretty upset in the meantime, because I was really happy about the access notification and I gave my students a correspondingly positive message.
I hope that the problem will be solved promptly.
