Firefly struggles to accept ANY prompts!

I'm not sure why this has been a recent issue, if it came with an update or what. But within the last couple of weeks, Firefly gives me no results for like 60% of pics I use. Nothing violates terms, no obtuse or hard to grasp prompts or selections. Most of the time I just get teed off and use Letsy or AirBrush instead. It's getting ridiculous.
