Firefly unable to connect to Internet on Mobile (Other Adobe apps work)

I'm sorry about the issue. Can you share the OS you are using? Please check the following:

1. Check for any pending updates for the app. 

2. Check if the app has access to the internet.

3. Please check using a Wi-Fi or a different network.
