Firefly upscale video issue again with 3 browsers.

hi,

Few months back i faced video upscaled in in edge browser. now i’m facing this issue in edge, Firefox, chrome as well. I don’t understand. Features being removed and now this problem doesn’t get solved. Kling 1 year unlimited stopped without few months this offer. Topaz upscale is gone and can’t see it.

Hola, desde ayer que intento usar Firefly para escalar una serie de vídeos cortos a 4K y me da el siguiente error: "Error al confirmar el estado de generación. Espera antes de volver a intentarlo." y me ha descontado los créditos igualmente. Ya he mirado en la galería y no estan.Me pueden ayudar a solucionarlo?
