Firefly Video changes original frame colours to darker, orange tones

Firefly Video changes original frame colours to darker, orange tones despite prompt restrictions. Happens with multiple images. Tried different browsers + clearing cache. Other models work fine. Need reliable colours for paid commercial use.

General settings used:

  • Firefly video
  • Resolution 1080p
  • Aspect ratio: Widescreen 16:9
  • FPS: 24
  • Duration: 5 seconds

Start + End Frame used, colour gets changed every time.

    The problem is still appearing. How can this be solved?? I am very disappointed as I am paying for tool that is not working as before with no help for three days

      Often the negatives are not 100% understandable for AI currently.

      Avoid this and you’ll have better results!

      It is not working with the tips. Please consider checking properly. I created over 100 videos with no issues, until it stopped working. The issue is there 6 days now, without proper help from your side… I am very disappointed. It is NOT related to the prompts, all other models work perfectly fine. It is just with Firefly Video which I want to use.

      Find some examples of generated pictures and generated videos with changed colours attached. I used Chrome and Edge. Worked perfectly fine two days ago, in the middle of the day it switched and all results generated with firefly video model are unusable afterwards. So it cannot depend on the prompting, as you can see in my generation history. I always keep short prompts like “subtle realistic fireplace flames only, gentle flickering firelight, natural flame movement, only low variation in flame height, no camera movement. no change in brightness or lightening”

      I’ll leave here some tips on how to make a flawless prompt:

      • Keep it simple: Firefly works best with short, easy-to-read prompts. Very long or complicated prompts (like those generated by ChatGPT) can confuse the model.

      • Watch your video references: For video generation, avoid dark or busy backgrounds. The AI needs a clear contrast to distinguish the main characters from the environment!

      • Copyright & Public Figures: To keep everything commercially safe, prompts requesting trademarked content, celebrities, or political figures will be blocked.

      • Safety Filters (Minors & NSFW): Our safety guidelines are strictly enforced to protect minors. Firefly will not generate images of children or anything child-like. Prompts containing words like boy, girl, kid, or child will trigger the filter. Additionally, any prompts involving nudity are strictly prohibited.
