    Assino Adobe desde 2023 e fiz a assinatura do Firefly que gerou 8000 creditos, porém chegou a 7100 créditos  com validade ate 07 de abril e não consigo gerar mais nenhum vídeo e vou perder meus créditos.

    Preciso de orientações do Suporte .

      eu não estou conseguindo gerar video . nao aparece o menu de geração pra mim apenas o video de introdução. E sim, estou fazendo td certo, já fiz video aqui uma centena de vezes mas de tempos em tempo o menu de geração de VIDEO para de aparecer para mim e só aparece essa tela com o video de apresentação

      Is this possibly a zoom issue?  If you zoom our does the panel on the left and bottom show?  If not, what OS and browser are you using and what are their version numbers?

      I use Chrome. It's not a problem with zoom... it works perfectly to
      generate images, and sometimes it works normally for videos, but sometimes
      this problem that I'm relocating happens... it's been happening
      frequently...
