Firefly Video Editor: Beta access shut off?

I was given beta access to Firefly Video Editor, but now I'm locked out. I can see the Timeline I started working on in my "stuff" but now when I try to open it I'm getting a "no access" error screen. Help?

Thanks, Joshua, for the response and for validating it again for us. If it’s okay, could you please share your email ID? I’d like to look into the reasoning behind this issue — it’ll help us reduce similar intermittent problems in the future.

Hi Akhil,

As of this morning I am able to access the video editor again. Nothing changed on my end: yesterday I received error messages when trying to launch the editor from the home screen or to open my timeline via my "stuff", and today there's no problem. Not sure my logs will be of any use given the issue has fixed itself but lmk.

Hello Joshua, this is Akhil from the Firefly Video Editor team.

You mentioned you're seeing this issue when opening from Home — are you able to create new timelines, or does the same issue occur there as well?

And would you mind sharing your logs privately with me? If so, here is how you can do that

Open the Console by Ctrl + Shift + J on Windows/Linux or Cmd + Option + J on Mac
Try to open the timeline which is having the problem.
Right Click on the Console and select "Save as...".
And you can share the log file to me.

If you think it would be easier to jump on a call with us, let me know and I can set it up.

Hi Christine, I'm getting the error when trying to launch the editor from the home screen and when trying to load my timeline/project directly. Please find screenshot attached — thanks!

Sorry to hear you are running into access problems, could you share a screenshot of the error screen you are seeing? Is this just with this specific timeline, or do you get the same access error when creating a new timeline?

We will look into this to make sure you can continue using the video editor
