Firefly Video Generation and Image Upload Issues – Unable to Use Product Reliably

Hello Adobe Support Team,
I am experiencing persistent issues with Adobe Firefly that are significantly impacting my ability to use the platform.
Whenever I attempt to create a new video, Firefly frequently becomes unresponsive or appears to hang indefinitely. The most common issue occurs during image uploads. In many cases, the upload process never completes, leaving me waiting for extended periods without any progress or error message.
This issue is particularly problematic when using video generation workflows that require a start frame and end frame. Even when I am able to successfully upload the first image, uploading the second image often becomes impossible because the interface appears to freeze or stop responding.
To help with troubleshooting, I am attaching a HAR file that captures the network activity during the issue.
Some additional information:
- Internet connection: Stable high-speed broadband (consistently above 100 Mbps)
- Issue duration: Approximately one week
- Impact: I have been largely unable to use Firefly for my video creation work during this period
- Behavior observed: Uploads remain stuck indefinitely, pages become unresponsive, and video creation workflows cannot be completed
Other Details:
- I am using chrome browser in normal mode i.e. no incognito or private mode is used.
- This issue that I am facing is with all models and not related to any specific model
- I am generating images using firefly only and the size is default that might be generated for 2K, 16:9 frame.
At this point, I have spent a considerable amount of time attempting to work around the issue without success. Since my subscription renewal is approaching, I am becoming increasingly concerned about whether I can continue using Firefly as a reliable tool for my projects.
I would appreciate your assistance in identifying the root cause of the problem and providing a resolution. If any additional diagnostic information, logs, screenshots, or recordings would be helpful, I would be happy to provide them.
Thank you for your support.
Kind regards,
Gaurav Pandey
