firefly video recurring error: "Can't load We can't display the generated video. You can edit and try again."

very frustrating firefly issue. have been spending hours trying to get firefly to work properly. burning credits for no real gain - get it together Adobe !!

    In cases like this, I would use 

    Adobe Express
    How to Add Text to Video in Adobe Express

    To add the voice over, Firefly and other models are decent at adding noise and other sound effects. The text you are requesting is a bit more advanced.
