Firefly video stuck on “Generating” for hours – credits deducted but no video produced

I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Firefly video generation.

I started generating a video this morning, and several hours later it is still showing “Generating”. The generation never completes and no video is provided.

The main issue is that Firefly has deducted credits for this generation even though I have not received a completed video.

I have waited for several hours and the status has not changed. This appears to be a stuck or failed generation rather than simply a slow render.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a Firefly video generation.
2. Submit the generation normally.
3. Credits are deducted.
4. The video remains permanently stuck on “Generating”.
5. No completed video or usable output is provided.

Expected behaviour:
The video should finish generating within a reasonable amount of time, or if the generation fails, it should show an error and automatically return the credits.

Actual behaviour:
The generation remains stuck indefinitely, no video is produced, and the credits remain deducted.

Please investigate the stuck generation and restore/refund the credits that were used for the video that was never delivered.
