Firefly - We're having trouble generating content right now. Please try again in a few moments.

I'm using Macos Sequoia 15.6.1 and the current safari browser. I have the Creative Cloud Pro plan.


The current version of Firefly has been unale to make a video since yesterday. I keep getting this message -

"We're having trouble generating content right now. Please try again in a few moments."

 

Can you explain what's going on?

    Hi Mike_Austin9374!

    I'm sorry about that. Have you already tried it on another browser? Are you using the video feature by using frames? If so, could you try it with other images? 

    Also, if this doesn't work, please check on creating a new board.

    This does occassionally happen. There could be some sort backend work happening.
