expand tool does not work
When attempting to generate using the expand tool, various error codes come up over and over. I have only gotten the tool to work 2 times out of more than 50 attempts over several days.

Hi PatriciaRich,
Thanks for reaching out.

Could you please share with us screenshots of the errors along with an image to test on our end so we can check whether we’re able to reproduce the same behavior.

Looking forward to your update.

Hi Kay256,
Thank you for sharing this with us.

I ran a quick test on my end using both the Edge & Chrome browser and was able to expand my image without issues. Could you please confirm that you’re logged in with the correct Adobe ID, and share a screenshot of your account menu showing your credit balance? (Please be sure to hide any personal information, such as your email address.)
