Firefly will not open generates image in the generation history when I want to edit them again next day. That is very annoying if you want to continue working on a project. This seems unusual to me. How is this possible?

Hi @vincent_1474,

Can you please try using incognito mode and see if it works using that?

Hi, I use windows Pro 11 and I use the last version of Chrome browser. The problem is the last month the same. I see my work in my history but when I want to edit again it will not open my project and its gone. Then I get a message "Can't load item from generation history" That is offcourse unacceptable.

Thank you Droopy for your answer. See the print screen images. As you can see I got a message "Can't load image from generation history". Rediciolous. Because what use is the FireFly tool if you can't continue working on your project the next day?

Hello @vincent_1474,

Thank you for your message.

That is not normal. Can you show us one or more screen shots which illustrate what you are seeing? Are you getting an error?

Thanks,
