Firefly won't allow me to buy credits to complete a project

We need a little more information. Can you please reply with the following information:
• If it is telling you that you are out of credits, please include a screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with that error (not just the error message itself).

• Then, please click on your avatar and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.
• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
• How are you trying to buy more credits? if you are getting an error doing that, please include a screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with that error (not just the error message itself).
