Firefly won't allow use of image generation

Could you please confirm if you're unable to generate images in Firefly? When did the problem first start occurring? Have you tried using a different browser, and are you also unable to see your generated images in the Generation History section?

As a troubleshooting step, please try using another browser and sign out of your Adobe account, then sign back in to see if that helps resolve the issue. Let us know the results, and we'll be happy to assist further.
