followed instructions, uploaded reference video, gave brief text description and application caused browser to hang for extended time eventually crashing taking credits and video.

    Hi RowdyGinger,

    We're so sorry about this.

    Could you please let us know what browser are you using?
    Also, just to double-check, could you review your Generation history to see if the generation was completed? Credits are deducted the moment you hit Generate, but if an issue prevented the creation, your credits should automatically return to your balance.

    I’m using a desktop windows device. I don’t see a ‘generation history’ but see the 400 credits still deducted.

    The generation history is at the bottom of your screen. 
    Press generation history then “view all”.

    pressing View All shows you your generation history.
