Followed none of my edit prompts, nor did it incorporate anything from uploaded reference image

Followed none of my edit prompts.  I uploaded a reference image with pictures of the exact items I described in the prompts, with text labels identifying exactly what each item was called so there could be no confusion about what to make items look like.    Instead of redesigning items to match the provided reference image, it kept generating the exact same video over and over again.   I repeated edit prompts, but it followed none of them.  Never once incorporated item designs from reference image.  I told it not to attempt to generate a new video unless it changed very specific things that I explained very carefully.  Generated the exact same video again anyway.    I should get a refund for every credit I wasted on this stupid app.
