for some reason, I can't upload an image

Just paid for a month of your service, but now it won’t let me drop and drag or upload an image to firefly…  What gives?

      Could you provide an example of the image? 
      Things on my side are working. 
      Maybe provide a short vid of your work flow to see? Create a vid and upload it to Youtube and then provide a link, please.
