for some reason, I can't upload an image

Just paid for a month of your service, but now it won’t let me drop and drag or upload an image to firefly…  What gives?

      Have you tried to use Adobe Firefly Boards? That usually works for uploading and creating vids/ images.

      Let us know if the problem persists.

      Could you provide an example of the image? 
      Things on my side are working. 
      Maybe provide a short vid of your work flow to see? Create a vid and upload it to Youtube and then provide a link, please.
