Your prompts need to be rearranged to work better with the model. The most important things need to be as far left as possible. In this prompt:

Create an image of a motorcycle rider with a helmet under his arm. His features must look like a happy Brazilian boy aged between 27 and 35, his clothes and helmet must be completely black.

it is the 20th word before you mention it is a boy.  The main subject needs to be further left in the prompt.  My first pass at reworking this would be:

Smiling twenty-year-old black-haired Brazilian Latin-American boy with black helmet under arm. all Black clothing. 

Not perfect, but I hope this moves you in the right direction.
