Generate Speech doesn't follow the script.

i have a two voice script. No matter what I do, Firefly reads it as though it is one voice and refuses to switch voices. Instead it reads the names of the persons as though it is part of the script. utterly useless

Sorry, I can’t do that - the script is confidential.

However it is simple. I can only create a text to speech with one voice. It doesn’t switch to the other voice when the script says to do so.

Totally understandable. I have escalated the issue an Adobe Employee will reach out to you.
Adobe Acrobat could be another option. You can upload the file and create a podcast within Adobe Acrobat Pro.
