Generate Speech shows “Something went wrong” with ElevenLabs Multilingual v2
On September 25, 2026, around 8:00 PM KST, I used Adobe Firefly on the web (Generate Speech) in Chrome on Windows. I selected the ElevenLabs Multilingual v2 model and the “Chris - Charming, Down-to-Earth” voice. The script counter showed 383/5000 characters. When I generated speech, a red banner appeared saying in Korean: “문제가 발생했습니다. 다시 시도하거나 지원팀에 지원을 문의하세요.” (“Something went wrong. Try again or contact support.”) No error code or explanation was shown. A tile also appeared in generation history, so the outcome was unclear. Could you please explain the cause, how to resolve it, and whether a failed attempt consumes generation credits?
