Generate to Speech - Unable to upload file

The generate to speech feature is not allowing me to upload a text file. I have tried both file types .docx and .txt and both are not working. I have also checked to see if the document was under the 7500-character requirement and they are.

    Could you provide a video of your workflow?

     A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).
