I have access already but I can't generate any video even tried may types of prompt

The "Hulk" is trademark/ copyright. Adobe will not break copyright laws. You can ask for a green muscular monster/ human though.

tried with other picture as well, This is really bad. I'm very eager and waited a long time to get the access.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

The video beta is programmed to not create videos of children, based either from a reference image or the prompt. That is why you are receiving that error.
