I generated multiple videos last night, I went to download them today and they have dissappeared!? Also I had credits left in my adobe firefly video accopunt but they were wiped out and a new month was started, do they not carry over!? I'm going to have to generate them all again now and use more credits, is there any way around this?

Yeah, that is not normal behaviour. I have not seen this specific problem reported yet.

 

Can you please tell me your OS and browser and their version numbers?  Did you close the browser or shut the computer down after you were done?

They had been and everything up untill last night is there. I generated 10 videos last night but didnt download them presuming they would be there today but when my credits reset (i get that now absolutely fine) the 10 i generated were not there in my files.

Very strange and it hasnt happened before!?

If you go here from your Firefly home page, can you see the past generations?

 

Generative credits do not carry over. They have to be used in the month you receive them.
