Generated Firefly videos failed twice. One video will not play or download, and another prompt for a cellular biology scene produced irrelevant/inappropriate mannequin-like imagery. Both failures consumed limited monthly video credits.

I am requesting that the credit for the failed cellular biology video generation be restored to my account.

My prompt clearly asked for a “luxurious microscopic VIP world,” “elegant cellular silhouettes,” and “soft bioluminescent particles.” Instead, the generated video showed rows of naked-looking human/mannequin-like bodies, which was inappropriate for the cellular biology concept and made the result unusable.

I also experienced a separate playback/download issue with another Firefly video. The video would not play normally, and there was nothing actionable on the page that resolved it. I had to reboot Chrome and perform a hard refresh before the video finally played. That should not be necessary for a generated video preview.

Because Firefly video generation is limited to only 10 generations per month, failed or unusable outputs consume a significant portion of the monthly allowance. Please restore the credit used for the inappropriate cellular biology generation and review the playback issue, since the interface did not provide a usable solution when the video failed to play.

Hey @ariela
Is this your prompt: “luxurious microscopic VIP world,” “elegant cellular silhouettes,” and “soft bioluminescent particles.”
Or
Are these 3 different prompts?

Suggestions on How to Prompt

Remember to have a look at what is available on Adobe Stock as Firefly uses Adobe Stock as a reference for images.

Help us, help you, please provide the following:

  • The Full Prompt: The exact text you entered into the prompt box.
  • Settings and Model: The specific model used and any other settings (such as aspect ratio, content type, or style strength).
  • Reference Images: A copy of any reference images or keyframes used to guide the generation in a zip file (to preserve the image’s details).
  • Visual Examples: Please upload a copy of the "bad" generation so we can see exactly what the output looks like and tell us what is wrong if it is not obvious.

Could you provide a short video of the end results?

Cheers
Nate
