generating

I bought Firefly, the big package with 50.000 kredits, but it has not been working or generating. so I canceled the subscription cause its too expensive for it not to work or generate anything. Im still supposed to be able to use the credits for a month but like I said it has not been working. almost everything Ive downloaded was from before I bought the subscription. I need for it to work or I need my money back...
