Generating videos (Most commonly) Don't show up. when I go into my Creative Cloud app the videos are there.

It happens randomly; so, it is kind of difficult to capture when this happens.

When using Kling or Seedance (most commonly these 2 models), I get an error: unable to generate the video. Credits are deducted. Blank black box on the main screen.

I go over to my Creative Cloud app. Often to Sometimes  the video generated in Kling or Seedance is hiding in my Creative Cloud app. 

The problem is I am not sure when this will happen or not happen. As a result, I hit generate again thinking the video was not generated.  When I look at my credits, the credits are not returned. So… I looked under my Creative Cloud app Generation history.
