Generation dont work

Everytime i try to generate video from first frame, it says that it cannot load or there was an error, try again. I have enough credits, this is basic feature, it is what I pay for and I tried even switching browser to Firefox, there I am not even able to upload the first frame, I cannot upload my own photo.

    • What is the exact error message you receive when generating a video from a first frame image?
    • Does the error occur with every image you upload or only specific images?
    • What file format and size is the image you're using (JPG, PNG, etc.)?
    • Are you able to generate videos using text prompts alone, without a first frame image?
    • When attempting to upload an image in Firefox, does the upload fail silently, or do you receive an error message?
    • Could you share screenshots or a screen recording of the behavior you're seeing?
