generation history is lost firefly

Thank you for your message. 

Are you saying that when you go to the "Files" tab and click on "Generation History" on the left panel, none of you past generations appear?

If that is the case, please tell us what OS and browser you are using and their version numbers. Also, please try another browser as a test and see if you can see the generations in it.
