Generative Credit numbers have disappeared !

I'm on Creative Cloud All Apps subscription and the numbers showing how many generative credits are available has disappeared since 3, 4 days ago and has been replaced with this buy button! My subscription just renewed for the month and I know my plan has 1000 credits , I just generated very few images and would like to be able to see how many credits I have left so I can plan accordingly .... This is confusing!

Ok. If you have a Firefly premium plan or Creative Cloud Pro (available in North America only), credits are only deducted for premium services. Nonpremium services do not result in credits being deducted. Since you have 4,000 credits, it seems likely that you have a Creative Cloud Pro plan (although there are other combinations of services that can result in 4,000 credits per month). This is documented in Generative credits FAQ:

The buy button allows you to buy more credits if needed. You can ignore it unless you run out of credits and need more.

Yes this is the screenshot from my account as it's showing me right now and the number 4000 never changes even after I generated multiple images ! so the it really looks like its just the advertisement to buy more credits ! interesting enough clicking on this box , opens the Firefly plans which one of them is the option for 2000 credits , the other 7000 credits.... I noticed the actuall credit number countdown disappeared 3 or 4 days ago.

Hi @Serene_butterfly,

Is that image from your account?  Because that image says you have 4,000 credits available out of a monthly credit allocation of 4,000 credits.  If that image is not from your account, please include what you see (which can be seen by clicking on your avatar in the upper right corner of the window on the Firefly site).
