Even if you paid annually, your generative AI credits will refresh monthly. If your renewal date, for example, is February 14, 2025, your credits will refresh on the 14th of every month.

Generative credits are refreshed on the anniversary of when you subscribed. You can see that date by looking at your account page and seeing when your next payment will be charged:
