Generative editing in Firefly and Photoshop is not working. I keep getting error messages

Any time I try generative edit, I get an error. It is not working. I tried it on Firefly and within Photoshp desktop. I have rebooted. I'm on Window 11 using Edge

What is the error?  please show us a screen shot. Please include the whole browser window or photoshop window and not just zoomed into the error message.
