Generative Expand - Not Working

I've been facing issue with Generative Expand. It simply won't create  the expanded space, just shows blank area. I'm susbscried and have enough credits left.

Hey @droopydog500 
I've used latest versions of Windows (11) and Mac (15).. And I've tried in Chrome, Explorer and Firefox. Nothing worked.
The isuse was at adobe's end, which is now sorted and I've recieved the email. It works fine now.

Appricate your time and effort on this.

Is it just this image and not others? If so, can you please upload the original image you were trying to expand so we can test it?

Hi @SamarthS 

Basic things.. I've done them all.

  1. This is my 2nd month of subscription, I've earlier used this feature for over 100 images..
  2. Facing this issue from 2nd month.
  3. And yes i've tried on multiple images.. same issue

Yes, I've tried different networks, VPNs, Browsers, clearing cache, incognito.. still same

Could you check if you are logged in with the correct account? I see that the subscription has not been used yet. 
Please log out and then log in again. Please also check if you are able to expand any other photo?
