Generative fill doesn't prompt to enter any text - window goes away that pops up and no way to get t

On the web beta, I tried out the generative fill, the best I was able to do was to have it mark a circle area to remove, but I was unable to tell it what I wanted to remove, it chewed on it for a while and returned with the same image I originally had.

I was able to mark one light spot (reflection) and I was going to tell it to make this word match the other one other side, but, no option to enter any text to tell it what to do, and it did something similar to a 'heal' brush and.. It seems to be completely missing the entire 'firefly' part of the program.
