Generative fill error

Generative fill does not run.

When i click Generate, only a triangle warning exclamation point icon will appear on the thumbnail screen.

<Text to image, Text effects> things are working well. only the generative fill feature does not run.

 

Also, even in the beta version of Photoshop, only the generative fill feature does not run.
