Generative monthly credits, not updated.

Hi, my adobe plan is renewed on 22 of the months, so like i have read my number of generative credit should update and reset starting from this date.

Unfortunately from 22 of June till today i still have the old count and i am going to finish my generative credit. 

How do i solve the issue?
