Unfortunately, images do not come through when you reply by email.  You need to upload the images in a message on the Adobe Community website.

Which menu is not appearing?

On the Firefly homepage, select "video" and then text to video or image to video:

You should then see this page:

and should be able to type your prompt in the Prompt box at the bottom.

Are you only seeing the "welcome to generate video (beta)" video and not the panel on the left and prompt box at the bottom? If so, can you zoom out and see those boxes?
