Getting error while generating image " try again later" something went wrong "

Maybe you can help with this one? I have a paid, not trial, account. This is the second day I’m getting this.

SOLUTION

Since I see no response from Adobe.

The problem is that when you purchase a subscription and want to add the 7 day free trial period.

Then all the partnermodels are being blocked (unable to connect to the servers).

I had purchased a subscription with the 7 day trial period and on day 3 from one moment to another all (partnermodels) stopped working.

Now I made a new account payed for the subscription right away without requesting the 7 day free trial.

And everything is in perfect working order (well not perfect, the webapp is still full of annoying - and preformance bottlenecking bugs).

So if you are in the same situation with a seven day trial. And you want to start using the software right now, just create a new account so you can use the 30% off promo (because the promo probably will not work anymore if you cancel your account before the trail period has expired} , and pay for the subscription without a 7 day free trial.

I really don't no why it's so difficult for Adobe to just communicate this to the customer so they can get going again creating and working on projects.

Bro I have 4 months free triel of Adobe creative cloud pro membership, I have all premium features including partner models as well, If this is true that Adobe block access to partner models for free trial users then the same is completely froud and misleading

today I was able to get other models to generate your prompt.
I also noticed that your ratio didn’t match the ratio in your prompt: 9:16

what kind of solution is this, i clearly told that im getting issue with partner models ex gpt, nano banana and all, firefly own models are working correctly , and dont told that issue was with Ratio, i created o many other platform aswell and working fine, the issue is with you platform, Adobe is leading company across world and you are not able to solve the issue?
