Just wondering @artistic_work8a38  did you recently get a new plan? If so, log out of the creative cloud app to reset the functions of Firefly. Log out then back in to the Creative Cloud App, after you get a new subscription or change subscription.

Maybe you can help with this one?  I have a paid, not trial, account.  This is the second day I’m getting this.

      SOLUTION

Since I see no response from Adobe.

The problem is that when you purchase a subscription and want to add the 7 day free trial period.

Then all the partnermodels are being blocked (unable to connect to the servers).

I had purchased a subscription with the 7 day trial period and on day 3 from one moment to another  all (partnermodels) stopped working.

Now I made a new account payed for the subscription right away without requesting the 7 day free trial.

And everything is in perfect working order (well not perfect, the webapp is still full of annoying - and preformance bottlenecking bugs).

So if you are in the same situation with a seven day trial. And you want to start using the software right now, just create a new account so you can use the 30% off promo (because the promo probably will not work anymore if you cancel your account before the trail period has expired} , and pay for the subscription without a 7 day free trial.

I really don't no why it's so difficult for Adobe to just communicate this to the customer so they can get going again creating and working on projects.

Bro I have 4 months free triel of Adobe creative cloud pro membership, I have all premium features including partner models as well, If this is true that Adobe block access to partner models for free trial users then the same is completely froud and misleading

      Hey @Prashant Rawal
today I was able to get other models to generate your prompt.
I also noticed that your ratio didn’t match the ratio in your prompt: 9:16

      Cheers

Facing this issue with all partner models , no issues with firefly models, prompt used - A dramatic Expressionist linocut print on raw, ink-textured paper. A young woman sits with her eyes closed, her posture serene. A black cat is curled protectively around the back of her neck, its body a sweeping crescent of bold, carved lines. Her hair and the cat's fur intertwine, becoming a single, unified mass of dark, aggressive strokes. The background is a dense, high-contrast block print texture composed of layered deep teal and stamped metallic gold ink blocks. Visible chiseled wood grain marks create a halo effect around her head. Strong graphic energy, primitive and powerful artistic style.

      Hey @Prashant Rawal

      Something went wrong

A Full Screenshot or video: Please provide a screenshot of your entire browser or application window, including your avatar in the upper right corner. Many errors have multiple causes; seeing the full context is much more helpful than a zoomed-in image of the error message alone.

      • System Details: Specify your Operating System (OS) and Browser (including version numbers).
      • Workflow Context:

        • Which model was selected? (e.g., Firefly Image 3, Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3).
        • The full prompt you were using.
        • Copies of any reference images, keyframes, or original images used.
