Can you please tell us, were you using Firefly Text to Image or Generative Fill?

Please tell us if the problem one of these:

1. The download button is missing
2. I click on the download button and it gives me an error message and does not download (please include a screenshot of the error if you have it)
3. I click on the download button and there is no error, but the image was not downloaded.
4. Another issue (please describe)

Please tell us what operating system (such nas Windows, MacOS, Android, or iOS) you are using and which browser.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Is this in Text to Image or Generative Fill?  When you try to download, does it give an error or just silently does not download?

A few things to try:

1. Make sure you have enough disk space to download.
2. Try in another browser and see if it works in that browser.

If it fails in another browser as well, please tell us the OS and version you are running along with which browser and version. A screen recording would also be helpful if you could record that.
