Got an error during video generation related to an image uploaded

Hello! I was attempting to use Firefly to take a photo of me as an awkward adolescent, my 7th grade school photo, and transform it into me as an adult. But it keeps saying that my email doesn't meet guidelines. I"m not sure what might be going on.
