GPT Image 2 Medium and High generating the same resolution.

On Firefly I generated an image with with GPT image 2 one medium size and one high size, but they rendered same size, meaning there was no difference in size just difference in pricing. The High image was 80 credits and medium just 20. why is that?

    Also, the high image is smaller in K (2.6mb) and medium is (2.7mb) which is even more bizarre. Basically I want my 80 credits back.
