    Hi @conrad57x5,

Welcome to the Adobe Firefly Community! We’re sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing. Could you please let us know:

    • Whether you received any error message during the generation?
    • If this happens with all images or only this specific image?
    • Which browser/device you're using?
    • Whether the deducted credits were later returned to your account?

If possible, please share the original image and a screenshot or screen recording of the issue. In the meantime, try running the generation in a private/incognito window or using a different browser to see if the behavior persists.

    Regards,

    Tarun

so the issue is this; it creates the image but it randomly does or does not load it into history panel or remain on screen for download. The image can be found in the generative history under the Files section. from there it can be downloaded. I have recovered all missing files in this way. Currently this happens for about 33% of all images using GPT Image 2    I have not tried any other services.  I use windows 11 platform and Firefox browser. At present this just several extra steps but I am able to continuse using the service. No error messages are ever displayed

    Thanks for your response @conrad57x5,

To help us investigate further, could you let us know:

    • Whether this occurs only with GPT Image 2 or with other models as well?
    • Whether the issue persists in another browser, such as Chrome or Edge?
    • If you have any browser extensions enabled that might affect page loading.
    • Try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser to check if that helps.

    Regards,

    Tarun
