Grey Cloud around Firely Created Video

Hello,

I created a Firefly video from a still of a dragon that I own. After a few tries I got what I wanted, but the dragon moving through the background has grey cloud around it that shows even if remove background in Premiere Pro. 

Any ideas how to remove it?
