Guide lines with shots

I have this picture here I want to morph with other designs and photos I have created, but apparently this silhouette of a woman with a double shot exposure on top goes against guidelines. what can I do as I have more shots like this

Sorry to hear that.  Which feature are you using (Gen fill or text to image)? Are you getting violating user guidelines message after uploading the image in Firefly? I tried this image and able to upload it without any error.
