​@okanfake  I am making a mistake; I cannot create images or videos. I just created a new account and I tried to create visuals from two different devices and from two different networks, thinking the problem might be from my device or internet, but I received errors on both. I think the issue is on your end in the background; please contact me. Thank you, please help.

If you are a new user, then there’s a good chance there is something wrong with your workflow. 

Can you describe the exact steps you used?

Were you trying to create still image or video?

What Ai model did you use?

Did you use a reference image? If yes, can you share it on this forum?

What prompt did you use?

What plan are you on, and how many Generative Credits do you have?

How many credits does what you are trying to create use?

What is the exact wording of any error message you recieved?
